One property that can improve a machine’s efficiency and lessen energy and fuel consumption is known as the traction coefficient. Consider that if you are able to decrease the amount of force required to move a load across a lubricant film, you can reduce the amount of wear, fuel and oil consumed, increase uptime and the number of emissions produced will be reduced just as well. The traction coefficient is simply the amount of force required to move a load divided by the load. The closer this ratio is to 1, the more force is required to move the load. As the ratio decreases, less force is needed to move the same load. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE has a wide variety of applications and is equally effective in gearboxes, gas turbine, gasoline and diesel engines, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will enhance the performance and extend the life of any conventional or synthetic lubricant.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE reduces wear, improves efficiency, and cleans engines/injectors by converting that electrical relationship into one which is repelling (negative-negative), the result is reduced friction to unmatched levels in industry. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is a revolutionary product which uses a scientifically unique mechanism to reduce wear, improve efficiency, and clean parts – no other product can be found anywhere else, including lubricants and additives of our esteemed competitors comes even close to GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.

For engine oils and gear oils, the mixture ratio is 1 oz (33 ml) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per liter of oil/grease (of carrier).

For fuels, the mixture ratio is 1 oz (33 ml) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per 20 US gallons (76 liters) of fuel.

For hydraulics, the mixture ratio is 1/2 oz (17 ml) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per liter of fluid/oil (of carrier).

GG Friction Antidote Coolant Concentrate for Maximum Cooling & Heating Care & Efficiency Application/Dosage: 33 ml per liter of plain water (carrier) for flushing old or dirty systems during first application and 20 ml per liter of plain water (carrier) for new and relatively new systems and top up. Change coolant as per manufacturers’ recommendation and re-treat new charge at 20 ml per liter of plain water (carrier).

When you look at automatic transmissions they are just a hydraulic system.  A regular small pickup truck or auto only needs 4 fluid ounces or 135 milliliters of GG Friction Antidote.  Think of it this way – most automatic transmissions have 6 quarts or less that are changed out unless you do a complete flush of the system to include the converter.  So on almost all simple auto transmission fluid / oil changes you are only changing 6 quarts of fluid / oil.  So 3 fluid ounces or 99 milliliters of GG Friction Antidote for an automatic is right in line with the mixture ratio of 1/2 fluid ounce (17 ml) of 3 fluid ounce of GG Friction Antidote per quart for hydraulics.  You can put two applications of 3 ounces (99 milliliters) of GG Friction Antidote in a 12 liter capacity automatic transmission but not all 6 ounces of GG Friction Antidote at once because you have to give the tranny system a chance to activate the first application before you put in the next.  To do this, have the tranny run up to temp (when the engine cooling fan kicks in and then apply 3 fluid ounces (99 milliliters) of GG Friction Antidote into the tranny, run the machine be it vehicle, crane, forklift, turbine etc., for 30 to 45 min and then reapply until you reach the recommended capacity.  So keep to the 1/2 once (17 ml) to a quart in all hydraulic systems with the understanding that in all if needed GG Friction Antidote it can be reapplied.

In optimizing the lubes on huge equipment you have to be sure GG Friction Antidote is activated and doesn’t end up sitting in a tank otherwise, it may settle and never be activated.

GG Friction Antidote is very good in hydraulics, GG Friction Antidote in the hydraulics reduces the friction caused by the fluid under pressure with the pipes and hoses in the system.  The improvement is very noticeable and the pump won’t have to work as hard for the same amount of work done.

If the breaking system on a Shunter truck for example holds 120 liters of hydraulic fluid then you would need to use 60 fluid ounces (1.980 liters) of GG Friction Antidote in that hydraulic system. Here is a YouTube link to explain how a wet breaking system works.  So if the piece of equipment has a wet breaking system, like a lot of big off road heavy equipment do use the standard hydraulic ratio in those systems.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvCYBUOtKrk

In the instance where the engine oil is going through the engine and the hydraulics you will need one once to a quart so as long as the systems are separate.  Only a half fluid ounce to a quart is needed in hydraulic a system if mineral motor oil for example 15w – 40 is used as the hydraulic oil in a hydraulic system and since the mineral motor oil is not being used by the engine then the mixture ratio of GG Friction Antidote to the mineral or synthetic motor oil being used by the hydraulic system is 1/2 ounce (17 ml) of GG Friction Antidote to a quart of the mineral motor oil being used by the hydraulic system.

Applying 1 fl. oz. (33 ml) of GG Friction Antidote to a quart hydraulic fluid / oil is not a problem but just twice as expensive and doesn’t give you twice the protection nor twice the performance. Just ensure to optimize your hydraulic system as long as it is up to normal operating temperature before applying GG Friction Antidote to the hydraulic tank.

Another technique in applying GG Friction Antidote is doing it slowly as the engine is running at normal operating temperature so ‘slow is good’. The important thing is to have the hydraulic system up to temp in order that GG Friction Antidote will mix more easily with the hydraulic fluid / oil.

The slower pouring for a vehicle is best because most auto transmission filters have a felt layer to the filter and if GG Friction Antidote reaches the felt filter medium all at once it could temporarily clog the filter and then the felt layer could be pulled into the transmission valve body.  For fork lifts and other heavy machinery, it is still a good idea to just pour GG Friction Antidote in it slowly at normal operating temperature in order that it can become blended with the hydraulic oil before it makes its way through the filter.

You only need a maximum of 4 oz (135 ml) total of GG Friction Antidote in most regular size automatic transmissions because most automatic transmissions are clean hence the standard 4 oz (135 ml) quantity of GG Friction Antidote is enough.  Think of it this way over time because most people are not going to be changing out all the hydraulic fluid on a filter only change and the amount of GG Friction Antidote will increase therefore no more than a total of 4 oz (135 ml) total of GG Friction Antidote is needed in most regular size automatic transmissions.

A: Yes. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE contains no solid particles, leaves no residue, and contains an acid scavenger which prevents corrosion.  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is safe for even automatic transmissions and motorcycle wet clutches.  It will not cause slippage.

A: In short, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE employs the power of electrical repelling.  Below is a detailed explanation. All materials carry an electrical charge. These charges come in the form of electrons and protons. Protons are at the center of each atom while electrons orbit the atom. These charged sub-atomic particles create electrical forces between each other. These forces can be repellent or attractive. LIKE charges repel, OPPOSITE charges attract. Protons have a positive charge while electrons have a negative charge.

These electrical forces behave much like magnetism but act upon only particles that are very close together (unlike magnets that broadcast force).   When one metal surface has a positive charge (less electrons) and the other has a negative charge (more electrons), the two metal surfaces are attracted together in friction. When the opposite charges are brought close together, they produce a strong attracting force, which tries to squeeze the surfaces together. On the microscopic scale, this attractive force can become very intense, bending even metal. This atomic attraction between molecules can greatly increase the effort required to move charged surfaces against each other. This is the natural frictional state — the problem to be overcome.

Now, what happens when the electrical charge in both metal surfaces are the same? The metal surfaces repel each other, opposing contact and reducing friction. How can both metal surfaces become same charged? By adding electrons to the atoms in both surfaces. This is how GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE directly reduces the friction between moving parts; it causes all of the moving surfaces to become negatively charged (with surplus electrons) so that all of the parts repel each other on the atomic scale, reducing contact friction.

This is not the only way that GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE improves efficiency and reduces wear. Another important phenomenon that GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE addresses is the accumulation of wear particles and debris.

Normally, the opposite charges in the wear particles (and debris) cause them to attract to each other and also to the moving parts. This atomic attraction causes wear particles to build up and “snowball” into larger and larger abrasive clusters, further increasing wear. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE prevents this by causing all of the parts and wear particles to have the same electrical charge (negative), so the wear particles repel each other and do not accumulate together — they become isolated, suspended in the oil, and are removed by the filter or come out cleanly during an oil change.  This is how GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE cleans parts.

A: Friction is the resistant and opposing force resulting from the bonding between moving surfaces.

All moving parts suffer this opposition to motion; even precisely- machined metal parts such as engine bearings have surface irregularities that abrade and cause friction.

Friction has three costly side effects:  heat, energy loss, and wear.

Heat causes mating surfaces to expand, cause more friction, and produce even more heat.  In machinery with fluid lubricants, thermal breakdown can occur when extreme temperatures scorch the lubricants, rendering them ineffective. All friction reduces the efficiency of a machine.  In gas and diesel engines, this reduction in efficiency results in energy losses measureable in miles per gallon (mpg) or hours per gallon (hpg).  Losses in horsepower are also evident. When metal wears it produces abrasive particle contamination of liquid lubricants.  The metal particulates accelerate wear, causing irregularities in mating suraces that create more friction. Gasoline and diesel engines also generate acids during normal operations which cause corrosion, increase friction and produce additional wear.

A: From a manufacturing perspective, there are two possible approaches to solving a problem. One approach, which is inexpensive, is to produce a product that treats only the symptoms. The other approach, which can be expensive and risky for manufacturers, is to make something that goes as far as removing the root cause of the problem.

An analogy for the friction problem is how the market addresses the problem of the common cold.  The profitable approach for pharmaceutical companies has been to produce medicines which reduce symptoms but don’t actually kill the cold virus. Maybe the reason we can’t buy a real cold cure is because potential manufacturers would find it prohibitively expensive (research and development) to go that route.

In regards to the problem of friction, there are two approaches: lubricants and GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.  Lubricants use slippery liquids, motor-coating substances, or solid particles such as Teflon or Moly in an attempt to cover the symptoms of friction without addressing what causes friction. Lubricants are inexpensive and generally profitable to manufacture. Their performance is lower than that of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is not a lubricant. It is the only product that takes the approach of removing the cause of friction by reversing the negative-positive bonding electrical relationship into one that is negative-negative (repelling and non-frictional). As can be expected, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is more expensive to manufacture. Our belief is that customers want a superior product that will provide significant savings in parts, maintenance, oil, and fuel.

A: In answering this important question, our intention is not to knock other products but to show how GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is different and to highlight the relative benefits of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE and oil stabilizers are actually just about perfect opposites. An oil stabilizer is a long-chain type hydrocarbon liquid that has a tangled molecular structure. In other words, an oil stabilizer is attracted to itself. If you put some oil stabilizer between your fingers and pull your fingers apart and put them together repeatedly, you can see this elastic action.

ENGINE WEAR: The idea with an oil stabilizer is that when friction or heat are wearing out your oil (it is getting thin), you put oil stabilizer in and it makes your oil thicker so it clings to your parts. With an oil stabilizer the attractiveness keeps oil clinging in your engine so it doesn’t all come down when the engine shuts off. This makes it so even during an oil change some oil and particles do not come out.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE does the opposite. While oil stabilizer molecules cling, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE molecules repel. In fact, eliminating clinging is how GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE prevents wear and enables efficiency. A principle behind GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is the understanding that motor coating an engine, as an oil stabilizer does, is unhealthy. Motor coating traps hydrocarbon residue produced during combustion to the engine. Static electricity draws hydrocarbons and metal particulates together into crystals of abrasive grit which continue to grow and rub and scrub on your engine, continually scraping off more metal particulates. That “sandpaper” action causes your engine to wear out much faster than necessary.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE isn’t a lubricant. It doesn’t add anything slippery or coat the engine. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE releases electrons which reverse the electrical field from negative-positive (clinging and frictional) to negative- negative (repelling and non-frictional). This removes the root cause of friction, resulting in the following wear-reduction benefits:
(1) GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE repels the contaminants away from themselves and the engine and suspends them in the oil.
(2) The next oil change will be a truly clean one as all the contaminants and abrasives that had been held inside come out.
(3) If you add GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE again after that oil change and continue to use GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the wear action will be greatly reduced.  You can confirm this through oil analysis which will reveal few to no metal particulates in your oil.

OIL FLOW: How do oil stabilizers and GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE differ in regards to oil flow?  When using an oil stabilizer, your oil pressure gauge may show an increase in oil pressure. But does that mean something good is happening?  The oil pressure gauge is showing how much pressure it takes to push oil through the oil ports. Adding an artificial thickener or adhesive (oil stabilizer) causes oil pressure to go up because it takes that much more pressure to make oil move through the oil ports. Having high pressure doesn’t always represent good fluid flow and a healthy system. When there is unnaturally high oil pressure due to an oil stabilizer it is similar to when we eat a lot of fried foods and get arterial plaque; we get high (blood) pressure not due to good fluid flow but due to resistance to the flow.

Although using GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE may or may not result in a boost in oil pressure, it will stabilize the oil pressure better than an oil stabilizer will. When you use GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, it causes the oil to have less static coagulation or bonding to itself so the oil flows much better than it does with an oil stabilizer. This is evident in a heavy work situation when you’re going up a hill or a mountain. Without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the heat of the situation would normally result in an oil pressure drop. However, with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, when you start climbing the mountain you will notice that your oil pressure does not drop.  This is because frictional heat that used to cause your oil to thin out doesn’t happen with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE’s specialty is friction reduction, and we are pleased to offer it as the best.  We welcome you to test GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE through any method or methods that you believe are a good measure of friction reduction, such as heat, wear, oil longevity, fuel efficiency, vibration, noise, horsepower, etc.

A: ASTM D4172 is the standard measurement of friction reduction trusted by SAE engineers.  Petro Lubricant Labs of Lafayette New Jersey conducted ASTM D4172 on Shell Rotella T 15W40 without and with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE improved the wear-resistance performance of Rotella T by 22% and reduced the overall friction co-efficient by 41.1%. That level of friction reduction cannot be found anywhere else in industry.

A: As GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE contains no petroleum, an API rating is not applicable.

A: Measure friction reduction.  For example,

  1. Measure heat: With GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE friction centers will run cooler. You will see near-immediate temperature drops in areas such as transmission, differentials, and hubs and engines of motorcycles, lawnmowers, chainsaws, etc.  On thermostat-regulated devices (such as most automobile engines) GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will not drop temperatures below the thermostat-designated temperature.  On the high end under a strenuous workload (such as heavy hauling, climbing hills, or racing) you will see a big difference.
  1. Measure vibration: You can use a vibration meter on a smart phone to observe the reduction. This benefit is especially apparent on motorcycles, lawnmowers, weed whackers, and chainsaws.
  1. Measure noise level: You can observe noise reduction with a sound level meter.
  1. Measure blow-by: Blow-by can be caused by mechanical failure (worn out pistons or cylinders) and excessive vibration.  If your engine is healthy and still experiencing blow-by, chances are that excessive vibration is allowing unburnt fuel to get past the gap between the rings and the cylinder. In that case, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will noticeably reduce blow-by.
  1. Measure oil longevity: More information is below.
  1. Measure horsepower: Climb a difficult hill without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE. Then treat the truck with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE and go up the same hill again.  Enjoy the ride J
  1. At the laboratory of your choice conduct ASTM D4172 on your own oil. You will find a significant improvement in wear-resistance performance.
  1. Compete GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE head-to-head with any product.
  1. Measure fuel economy:  Many factors affect fuel economy, such as vehicle type and condition, workload, driving conditions, and driver habits, all of those variables does not enable GG to make a fuel efficiency-related guarantee. We have fuel efficiency data for some specific vehicles and machinery and we will be grateful to hear of your results.

A: Probably not.  It is well-known that the cause of friction is a bonding electrical relationship. What is unique about GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is that this knowledge is used in the approach to solving the problem of friction. From a manufacturing perspective, there are two possible approaches to solving a problem. One is to produce a product that treats only the symptoms. The other approach is to make something, such as GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, that goes as far as removing the root cause of the problem.

An analogy for the friction problem is how the pharmaceutical industry addresses the problem of the common cold. The profitable approach for companies has been to produce medicines which reduce symptoms but don’t actually kill the cold virus. Maybe the reason we can’t buy a real cold cure is because manufacturers aren’t investing in the required research and development.  In regards to automotive friction, traditional additives take the approach of the various cold medicines in merely attempting to cover the symptoms of the problem. These products employ continuous coating or colloidal suspension.

Continuous coating: This method employs a thick liquid to continuously recoat surfaces with a lubricant film in an attempt to prevent metal-to-metal contact. Heat causes the suspension to thin out and lose its effectiveness, beginning a cycle of more heat, friction, wear, and energy loss.

Colloidal suspension: This method attempts to coat surfaces with solid particles suspended in an oil or grease carrier. The particles are usually made of a substance harder than the metals in the machine, such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide, or Teflon. This method can result in residue that clogs filters and valves. Most harmful is that metal particles and hydrocarbon residue stick to the solid particles, creating clusters of abrasive grit which wear away at machine parts.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is completely different. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE does not use slippery liquids, motor-coating substances, or solid particles in an attempt to cover the systems of friction. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE remedies the actual cause of most friction from the root by broadcasting molecules that neutralize friction on contact and everything comes out when the lubricant is drained.

A: Everything good that accompanies less friction, such as
– Less downtime, heat, wear, vibration, noise, and blow-by
– Longer machine replacement cycle and parts life
– Extended oil longevity
– More pulling power
– Improved efficiency
– Clean parts (engine, transmission, gears, radiator, and fuel injectors)
– Monetary savings

Improved Fuel Economy

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will improve the fuel economy of any vehicle.

Many factors affect fuel economy, so it would be irresponsible and legally untenable for GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE to guarantee an amount of improvement.  To get a feel for how much your fuel mileage will improve, we recommend viewing testimonials of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE users, all whom speak on improved fuel economy.  It would probably be safe to assume that your mileage will improve similarly to a customer whose vehicle and operating conditions are similar to yours.

Some truckers report receiving even a mile more per gallon (16.59%) with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.

Prior to applying GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE

Please make note, without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, of baseline temperatures and performance factors (such as pulling power, vibration level, responsiveness, smoothness of gear shifts, ride smoothness, fuel efficiency, oil longevity, etc.).

Please use the Data Measurement Record Sheets for recording your data.  Having these hard numbers and anecdotal information you can compare before-and-after results.

Longer Oil life

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE extends the life of any base lubricant, conventional (mineral oil) and synthetic oil.

Ready access to oil analysis technology is available through our partner oil laboratories.  If you would like to test how far/long oil will last in your personal machine/vehicle with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, our partner oil laboratories (Scheduled Oil Service) will provide oil sample analysis for you for a relatively small fee.   Such companies can be found on the internet through a search on “oil sample analysis.”  One tip on collecting your oil samples for analysis — catch the oil in a testing bottle before it hits the oil pan.  If the oil is collected out of the oil pan, it may collect previously-present contaminants.

By-pass filters

A bypass filter is an auxiliary filtration system.  For semi trucks (articulated trucks), some by-pass filters can extend oil change intervals out to over 120,000 miles.

How will GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE affect a by-pass filter?  As the activated GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is ionized and submolecular, it will not be removed by the bypass filter.  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will make the filter clean more effectively and extend the life of the cartridge.  Specifically, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE charges the particle contamination so that it no longer scrubs and polishes the parts. This reduces the production rate of metal particulates and allows the filter to catch up and do a more thorough cleaning of the oil.  It also makes the cartridges last longer.

Diesel particulate filters (DPF)

A DPF is a unburnt particle collection device built into the exhaust system.  There are several types of linings used but the purpose is the same – to collect residue of hydrocarbon crud until the buildup is near clogging at which point there is a catalytic burn process called “regeneration.”

How will GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE affect a DPF by-pass filter?  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE goes longer between regeneration cycles. It is easy to trace this performance improvement specifically back to GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE as a result of our tests and surveys and we hear this quite often.

Urea Systems

Urea is a compound of nitrogen that turns to ammonia when heated.  An aqueous Urea solution is mixed with de-ionized water to form Diesel Exhaust Fuel (DEF), the reactant necessary for the functionality of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system employed on many vehicles since 2010 to meet regulations requiring reduced emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NOx).

To our knowledge, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE does not affect Urea systems in any way.  Many GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE customers have Urea system in their trucks, and they report that GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE runs fine with the system with no side effects.  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE simply reduces friction – it does not change the chemical composition of the oil mixture or fuel, the activated GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is ionized and submolecular.

A: Here’s how easy it is: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE has a wide variety of applications and is equally effective in gasoline and diesel engines, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will enhance the performance and extend the life of any conventional or synthetic lubricant.

For lubricants, the mixture ratio is 33 ml (1 oz) of GG Friction Antidote per liter (per quart) of oil (of carrier).

For hydraulics, the mixture ratio is 1 oz (33 ml) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per liter of fluid/oil (of carrier).

There is no need to make room for it. Once the GG Friction Antidote is activated, it will not consume volume.

For fuels, the mixture ratio is 33 ml (1 oz) of GG

Friction

Friction is the physical force which acts opposing a relative motion of two friction partners in contact to each other. The forms of friction can be distinguished according to the type of motion (static friction, sliding friction, rolling friction) or according to the states of friction (solid friction, boundary friction, mixed friction, fluid friction).

Antidote

A remedy that relieves injurious or unwanted effects, prevents and counteracts the effects of poison, disease, etc. From Latin antidotum, from Ancient Greek ἀντίδοτον (antídoton), neuter of ἀντίδοτος (antídotos, “given as a remedy for”), from ἀντιδίδωμι, from ἀντί (antí, “against”) + δίδωμι.

per 20 US gallons (76 liters) of fuel.

Apply just the recommended amount of GG Friction Antidote (using more isn’t better).

CAUTION: New engines need friction; apply GG Friction Antidote after break-in.

CAUTION: Powerstroke 6.0Ls have a problematic defect.

Dear Powerstroke 6.0 Owners,

Please consider the following information before using GG Friction Antidote.

Bottomline upfront:  GG Friction Antidote will clean the engine, and this could increase a Powerstroke 6.0’s already high risk of injector failure.  Replacing injectors is expensive.

Since the Powerstroke 6.0L came out in 2003, many PS 6.0L owners have enjoyed the performance of GG Friction Antidote and have used it with no issues.  That said, we have received three reports from 6.0 owners of injector failure after applying GG Friction Antidote.  There was no investigation into one failure.  Investigation of the other two incidents revealed that much sludge had broken free of the engine and was suspended in the oil.

Since 1998, GG Friction Antidote has been used in thousands of gasoline-, diesel-, 2-stroke-, and alcohol-powered vehicles without issue.   We believe there is not a way for GG Friction Antidote to damage any part of a vehicle; GG Friction Antidote leaves no residue, does not change the characteristics of oil, and prevents corrosion.

It is well-established that PS 6.0L engines regularly have inexplicable injector failures.  Ford internal communications indicate that Ford knew the engine was defective in that way before putting it into production and continued production without informing the public or fixing the problem.  For this reason, Ford was sued by customers in a class action lawsuit.  A summary of the class action lawsuit is at the link http://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/lawsuit-news/1598-ford-defective-60l-engine-class-action-lawsuit.  On that page below the summary hundreds of Ford F350 and F250 owners speak of spending thousands of dollars due to unexplainable injector failures after something as seemingly irrelevant as an oil change.

Were the three 6.0 injector failures related to GG Friction Antidote use?  Possibly, but only three reports in 14 years is statistically a very low number.  If there was a connection, what would explain it?  Below is a theory that would make sense.

Fact #1:  6.0 injectors operate on a high-pressure system.  Oil under high pressure pushes down a plunger which enables fuel to be sprayed into the cylinder.  If there isn’t high pressure, the plunger won’t be suppressed and injection won’t occur.

Fact #2: Upon activation, GG Friction Antidote begins cleaning the engine.  Wear material and residue that had been clinging to the engine are suspended in the oil.

Theory:  newly suspended residue, before it could be removed by the filter,  clogged the 6.0’s oil rails or injector galleyway, preventing adequate oil flow.  Lack of oil pressure would preclude injection.   For perspective, let’s look at a cutaway of a 6.0 injector:

If this theory is true, why have there been no issues with other HEUI systems such as the Powerstroke 7.3?  It’s because the 6.0 oil rails and injector galleyway,

about the diameter of a ballpoint pen tube, are by far the narrowest pathways for oil.  For example, the 7.3 doesn’t use oil rails.  Instead, oil flows through the head directly into ports in the injector which are twice the diameter of the 6.0’s galleyway.

If this theory reflects what happened in those reported cases of injector failure, what is the significance for PS 6.0 owners?  For one, it would mean GG Friction Antidote is doing its job of cleaning the engine.  Secondly, it would mean that although your 6.0 will most likely be among the vast majority with no issues, using GG Friction Antidote could possibly increase its already high risk of injector failure.

INITIAL TREATMENT; Apply to all points of lubrication for the first time optimization and repeat application to the same point of lubrication every time you change your lubricant at the lubrication point of your machine accordingly.

For lubricants: The mixture ratio is 33 ml (1 oz) of GG Friction Antidote per liter (per quart) of oil/fluid (of carrier).

However, it is important to note the application mode for applying GG Friction Antidote not only to automatic transmissions, constant velocity transmissions but other hydraulic carriers is 99 ml (3 oz) at normal operating temperature at 15 minutes intervals until the recommended mixture ratio is reached for the capacity of the carrier.

For fuels: The mixture ratio is 33 ml (1 oz) of GG Friction Antidote per 20 US gallons (76 liters) of fuel.

GREASE APPLICATION

For grease applications the mixture ratio is 33 ml (1 oz) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per quart /kg (per liter or quart) of grease.

– CV Joints

Apply 1/2 teaspoon / 3 CC’s GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE in each CV joint.

One method is to stir the GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE into the grease and with a gloved hand and pack it into the joint.

A less-messy method is to use a syringe.  Poke a hole in the top of the boot and squeeze the GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE onto the joint from above.  In order to seal up the tiny hole in the boot made by the syringe some people have applied bicycle/motorcycle tube/tire glue or patch and it worked.  Others have skipped sealing up the hole without problems.

1-time application is enough in CV joints and hub bearings.

Hub Bearings – Each Front Hub: Mix 33 ml (1oz) GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per liter or quart of hub bearing grease and apply accordingly. Over-greasing can cause high temperatures, which result in oxidation of the grease and rapid separation of the base oils from the thickener due to churning. Avoid mixing of Incompatible Thickener Systems, this accelerates de-gelling and oil separation in greases. The issue is that mixing incompatible greases will often cause the greases to soften, which can result in the grease seeping out past the seals and eventually allow the bearing to run dry of lubricant. Occasionally, the mixing of two incompatible greases will cause the resulting mixture to harden or stiffen. Polyurea non-soap grease seems to be especially good in ball bearings and tends to have 2 to 4 times longer service life than that of lithium-based greases.

When would a grease with a lower viscosity oil be used?

If the grease is going into high-speed rolling element bearings, a thinner base oil viscosity would be appropriate. Bearings moving at higher speeds will attain hydrodynamic lubrication (a good thing) with lower viscosity oils and thus avoid the drag (fluid friction) fluid friction created by thicker base oils. Another example would be if the grease is to be pumped at lower (cold winter) temperatures.

When would a grease with a high-viscosity oil be used?

If the grease is to be applied to low-speed rolling bearings or bearings subjected to high loads or high-temperature applications or if better water resistance is required, then a grease of higher base oil viscosity would be more appropriate (e.g., ISO VG 460). Greases for mechanical coupling applications will usually contain a very thick base oil (ISO VG 680 or greater), which has a higher density to reduce the separation of the oil from the thickener due to centrifugal forces created within the rotating coupling. Coupling greases also tend to be a bit softer grade than normal in order to reduce separation.

Greases bearing the NLGI mark have been tested in accordance with ASTM D4950. They comply with the standards higher performance categories for wheel bearings (GC), chassis (LB) and dual service (GC-LB) greases.

MOTORCYCLE TOPICS

Wet clutches

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is safe for wet clutches such as those on the Kawasaki Concours or Suzuki Boulevard.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is a lubricant additive and not a lubricant, it contains no slippery liquid nor solid particles, and does not at all affect clutch plates. You can enjoy the benefits of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE with full confidence.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is not a colloid-type additives such as moly, graphite, or Teflon which are problematic for wet clutches because they make the clutch slip.  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE has none of those negative effects.

Quick impact

Soon after applying GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE you can expect to notice reductions in vibration, noise, and hesitation. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE improves engine performance and cools gears.  You will feel the difference immediately. Apply to engine, transmission, primary gear box, chain for chain-driven bikes, and hypoid gears for a shaft-driven bike. Some bikes have a compartment in which the engine and transmission share the same oil.  Others have separate chambers.

Either way, it takes 1 oz (33 ml) GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per 20 gallons (76 litres) of fuel-oil mixture to prep a bike for maximum performance

1 oz (33 ml) GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per quart of base lubricant.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is safe for wet clutches (which, unlike a dry clutch, run in the same motor oil that lubricates the engine). In other words, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is not like slippery colloid-type additives such as moly, graphite, or Teflon which make the clutch slip. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE does not at all affect the clutch plates; it is perfectly healthy for the bike.

Biker friends, we’d like to encourage you to please be safe. Remember your MSF training and keep your speed down so you have time and space to react to all the craziness on the road … and live another day!

Mileage-Related Concerns

New vehicles require friction, the piston rings and bore need to be burnished in order to improve the consistent seal (proper seating) between the piston rings and the cylinder walls so it would be detrimental to apply GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE during the break-in period.  After that, applying GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE at any mileage is beneficial.

A: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE has a quick impact and activates immediately upon encountering the frictional field.  Within 5 – 9 minutes, you should be able to sense reductions in vibration and noise which are indicators that GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is working.  There is a steady improvement in performance for approximately three months at which the vehicle or machine plateaus at a level of maximum performance.

A: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is permanent and effective until you change the base lubricant.

For example, if you treat your transmission with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, your transmission will stay defrictionized until you change the transmission fluid.  After changing the transmission fluid, re-add the appropriate amount of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.

The same is true for engine oil, hydraulic fluid, gear oil, hub oil, CV joint grease, etc.

If you top-off a lubricant, re-add GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE at the mixture rate of 33 ml (1 oz) GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per liter (quart) of base lubricant. For example, if you add a liter (quart) of engine oil, add 33 ml (1 fluid ounce) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE to your lubricant.

CV Joints

Apply 1/2 teaspoon / 3 CC GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE in each CV joint.

One method is to stir the GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE into the grease and with a gloved hand pack it into the joint.

A less-messy method is to use a syringe.  Poke a hole in the top of the boot and squeeze the GG FRICTION ANTIDOTETM onto the joint from above.  In order to seal up the tiny hole in the boot made by the syringe some people have applied bicycle tube glue and it worked.  Others have skipped sealing up the hole without problems.

1-time application is enough in grease applications.

Mileage-related concerns?

New vehicles require friction, so it would be detrimental to apply GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE during the break-in period.  Applying GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE shortly after the break-in period is most beneficial.

A: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is effective as long as the fluid is not changed.  For example, if you treat the transmission, the treatment is permanent until you change the transmission fluid.  The same goes for engine oil, gear oil, hub grease, etc.

When you top off an oil / fluid, add GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE at the ratio of 33 ml (1 oz) or 17 ml (1/2 oz) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per quart of fluid added.  This is most often applicable to engine oil when an operator adds some oil (makeup oil or fluid) periodically.

A: Without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, static electricity causes contaminants to cling to vehicle parts (engine, radiator, transmission, fuel injectors, etc.).  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE same-charges contaminants and parts so the contaminants are repelled away from metal and suspended in the base lubricant.  With GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, for the first time, you will get a truly clean lubricant change.

A: Two reasons. First is the above-mentioned cleaning of injectors. Second is that when fuel is thrust through the small opening in the injector static electricity is generated that causes fuel to want to cling together into large droplets that burn less efficiently. By removing the static electricity, a finer mist is produced for an optimal oxygen-fuel ratio and clean burn.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will improve the fuel economy of any vehicle. Add GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE to the fuel at the mixture rate of 1 oz or 33 ml GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per 20 US gallons 76 litres of fuel.  So, for example, for 5 gallons or 18.75 liters of fuel, you would add a ¼ oz or 7.5 ml of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.

Many factors affect fuel economy, so it would be irresponsible and legally untenable for GG to guarantee an amount of improvement.  To get a feel for how much your fuel mileage will improve, we recommend viewing Google reviews of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE users, many whom speak on improved fuel economy.  It would probably be safe to assume that your mileage will improve similarly to a customer whose vehicle and operating conditions are similar to yours.

Oil life

A: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE extends the life of any conventional or synthetic lubricant. With GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, extended oil change intervals are possible. For example, for a fully-treated semi-truck using Shell Rotella T 15W40, conventional oil should be healthier at 40,000 miles (63,000 kilometers) with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE than it would be at 20,000 miles (31,500 kilometers) without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE. Just change the oil filter progressively at 6,667 miles (10,000 kilometers), 13,334 miles (20,000 kilometers), 20,000 miles (31,500 kilometers), 26,667 miles (40,000 kilometers), 33,334 miles (50,000 kilometers) and then change both oil and filter at 40,000 miles (63,000 kilometers) or within 12 months whichever comes first. Please verify the status of your oil each time you are ready to change your oil filter and keep the money that would have gone into the oil changes you didn’t need. Remember to add 1 oz (33 ml) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per quart (per liter) of oil you add, anytime you top up your oil in between oil changes.

When extending one’s oil, peace of mind can come through continuous knowledge of oil status through oil analysis.  It’s to our benefit for you to know GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is extending your oil’s life.

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE™ extends the life of any base lubricant, conventional or synthetic.  Fleets have the advantage of ready access to oil analysis technology.  If you are an individual and would like to test how far/long oil will last in your personal vehicle with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, there are companies which for a small fee will provide oil sample analysis reports.   Such companies can be found on the internet through a search on “oil sample analysis.”  One tip on collecting your oil samples for analysis — catch the oil warm and shortly after circulating directly in a specimen bottle before it hits the oil pan.  If the oil is collected out of the oil pan, it may contain previously-present contaminants.

A: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will help these pieces move better, but it will not restore any material to the parts.

A:In some cases, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE can completely remedy the situation.  It depends on the reason for the smoke in your vehicle.

Black smoke is a sign of incomplete fuel combustion. The first step in trouble shooting smoke would be to make sure the air filter is clean and that the engine is breathing well. If the air is flowing well and smoke persists, then next step would be to check whether there is a poor spray pattern from a clogged or cracked or otherwise poorly-functioning injector. If your vehicle has a turbo charger, poor functioning of that turbo charger will also lead to smoke.  For example, large amounts of carbon build up can lead to poorly-fitting valves which also leads to smoke. Finally, heavy vibration causes blow-by, a key source of smoke in larger vehicles, as it represents unburnt fuel getting past the piston rings.

Here’s how GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will eliminate or reduce black smoke:

(1) Smoke generated by piston blow-by:  if your piston rings are young enough that they’re not yet worn out and the source of your smoke is blow-by (fuel and carbon contamination of oil), GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will probably be very helpful. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will dramatically reduce engine vibration, improving the consistent seal between the piston rings and the cylinder walls, reducing the smoke-producing blow-by.

(2) Smoke due to poorly-functioning turbo-charger.  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will help reduce black smoke as preventative maintenance by improving the function of the turbo charger, helping it to spin more freely which leads to more boost and less pyrometer temperature which makes for a better air fuel mixture.

(3) Clean oil:  Use of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE leads to much cleaner oil, which means less carbon deposits on valves, pistons, head, and turbo charger vanes.

A: When shafts rotate in bearings, the frictional relationship between the shaft and the bearings creates tiny vibrations (harmonic oscillations) that resonate and travel along the crankshaft. When flywheels and harmonic balancers are spinning, tremendous gyroscopic forces are generated. If you have ever held a spinning bicycle wheel in your hand, you can recall how it fights against any input you apply to the wheel. When a harmonic oscillation travels on the crank, it will be responded to by the flywheel and balancer alike. When the spinning gyroscopes respond to the vibrations, the result is an orbital twisting torque that is fed back into the engine. The orbital motion amplifies the vibration and rattles the whole engine, cylinders included.

This rattling leads to enlargement and wear of Babbitt or roller-type bearings. When pistons are sliding in the vibrating cylinder, the piston is peened by the cylinder; all of this is wasting energy and creating wear. The electromagnetic field (EMF) causes carbon contaminates to unite and form into abrasive clusters that wear on parts and create the other particles that can be found in an oil sample. When drive gears are moving against each other, the friction creates kinetic excitement that leads to expansion and tightness of gears. The tighter they get, the hotter they become — which makes them even tighter. A lubricant (slippery product or an engine-coating substance) will not stop these damaging side effects of friction because lubricants do nothing to address the cause of the friction. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is not slippery and it doesn’t coat your parts with anything. Instead, it is an electrically-excitable molecule that responds to the frictional field by generating free electrons into the compartment, causing all of the parts and wear particles to have the same polarity. Consequently, there is no longer a bonding relationship between the parts, and there is no more source of harmonic oscillations in your crank bearings. When these vibrations are gone, the gyroscopes are no longer responding, and the orbital twisting forces go away; now the forces become perfectly circular.

So, here’s what this means for a truck engine. It means removal of thousands of pounds of vibrational forces, longer bearing life, reduction of polishing wear, quicker engine response, and cooler gears that move more easily with less wear. Parts will be in better shape upon inspection, and the previously-wasted energy is available for propulsion.

A: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE does not cause your vehicle/equipment to be reliant on GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, neither will GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE coat your parts nor leave any residue of any sort when you drain GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE treated lubricants from your vehicle/equipment and discontinue treating your lubricants with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE treated lubricants comes out completely and your vehicle/equipment returns to a significantly less worn condition that it would have been than running your vehicle/equipment without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE treated lubricants for the same duration of operation. We encourage you to conduct oil analysis on your GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE treated vehicle/equipment versus non GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE treated vehicle/equipment in the same state of health doing the same mileage or hours within the same environmental conditions of operation with the similar loads and you will be pleasantly surprised with the GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE results. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is a revolutionary product with unmatched comprehensive efficiency in industry for the educated consumer. You’ll achieve high thermal resistance, perfect sealing ability, excellent wear protection, significantly longer lubrication maintenance schedules, lowest friction movement, minimal starting resistance, high peripheral speeds in intermittent operations excellent acceleration, low friction torque, stable temperature over a wide speed range, energy saving, high working stability, life-time lubrication, particularly appropriate for critical bearings in difficult environments, reduced operating costs, high mechanical load capability under static and dynamic operations, a high degree of reliability and extend lifespan of machines beyond OEM specification.

A: A bypass filter is an auxiliary filtration system.  For semi-trucks, some by-pass filters can extend oil change intervals out to over 120,000 miles.

As the activated GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is ionized and submolecular, it will not be removed by the bypass filter. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will make the filter clean more effectively and extend the life of the cartridge. Specifically, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE charges the particle contamination so that it is no longer scrubbing and polishing the parts. This reduces the production rate of metal particulates and allows the filter to catch up and do a more thorough cleaning of the oil.  It also makes the cartridges last longer.

A: Drivers using GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE often inform us that they go longer between regeneration cycles. This performance improvement specifically is traced back to GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE and we do hear this quite often.

A DPF is an unburned particle collection device built into the exhaust system.  There are several types of linings used but the purpose is the same — to collect residue of hydrocarbon crud until the buildup is near clogging at which point there is a catalytic burn process called “regeneration.”

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE does not affect Urea systems in any way.  Many GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE customers have a Urea system in their trucks, and according to our tests and surveys our customers report that GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE runs fine with the system with no side effects.  GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE simply reduces friction – it does not change the chemical composition of the oil mixture, the activated GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is ionized and submolecular.

HYDRAULIC AND TRANSMISSION SYTEMS

GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE can be used on both standard and automatic transmissions.  In automatic transmissions, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will defrictionize the valves and gears while not affecting the hyperdisks.

When you look at an automatic transmissions they are just a hydraulic system.  A regular small pickup truck or auto only needs 3 fluid ounces of GG Friction Antidote.  Think of it this way – most automatic transmissions have 6 quarts or less that are changed out unless you do a complete flush of the system to include the converter.  So on almost all simple auto transmission fluid / oil changes you are only changing 6 quarts of fluid / oil.  So 3 fluid ounces of GG Friction Antidote for an automatic is right in line with the mixture ratio of 1/2 fluid ounce of 3 fluid ounce of GG Friction Antidote per quart for hydraulics.  You can put two applications of 3 ounces of GG Friction Antidote in 12 liter capacity automatic transmission but all 6 ounces of GG Friction Antidote at once because you have to give the tranny system a chance to activate the first application before you put in the next.  To do this, have the tranny run up to temp (when the engine cooling fan kicks in and then apply 3 fluid ounces of GG Friction Antidote into the tranny, run the machine be it vehicle, crane, forklift, turbine etc., for 30 to 45 min and then reapply until you reach the recommended capacity.  So keep to the 1/2 once to a quart in all hydraulic systems with the understanding that in all if needed GG Friction Antidote it can be reapplied.

The improvement is very noticeable and the pump won’t have to work as hard for the same amount of work none.

If the breaking system on a Shunter truck for example holds 120 liters of hydraulic fluid then you would need to use 60 fluid ounces of GG Friction Antidote in that hydraulic system.

Only a half fluid ounce to a quart is needed in hydraulic a system if mineral motor oil for example 15w – 40 is used as the hydraulic oil in a hydraulic system and since the mineral motor oil is not being used by the engine then the mixture ratio of GG Friction Antidote to the mineral motor oil being used by the hydraulic system is 1/2 ounce of GG Friction Antidote to a quart of the mineral motor oil being used by the hydraulic system.

Applying 1 fl. oz. of GG Friction Antidote to a quart hydraulic oil is not a problem but just twice as expensive and doesn’t give you twice the protection nor twice the performance. Just ensure to optimize your hydraulic system as long as it is up to normal operating temp before applying GG Friction Antidote to the hydraulic tank.

Another technique in applying GG Friction Antidote is doing it slowly as the engine is running at normal operating temperature so ‘slow is good’. The important thing is to have the hydraulic system up to temp in order that GG Friction Antidote will mix more easily with the hydraulic fluid / oil.

The slower pouring for a vehicle is because most auto transmission filters have a felt layer to the filter and if GG Friction Antidote reaches the felt filter medium all at once it could temporarily clog the filter and then the felt layer could be pulled into the trans valve body.  For fork lifts and other heavy machinery, it is still a good idea to just pour GG Friction Antidote in it slowly at normal operating temperature in order that it can become blended with the hydraulic oil before it makes its way through the filter.

You only need a maximum of 4 oz total of GG Friction Antidote in most regular size automatic transmissions because most automatic transmissions are clean hence the standard 3 oz quantity of GG Friction Antidote is enough.  Think of it this way over time because most people are not going to be changing out all the hydraulic fluid on a filter only change and the amount of Friction Antidote will increase therefore no more than a total of 4 oz total of GG Friction Antidote is needed in most regular size automatic transmissions.

A: When you begin using GG Friction Antidote in any machine / vehicle, you should always conduct a hydraulic fluid and oil status analysis accordingly and then keep a record in order to establish a safe and good oil status threshold (changing your oil before it becomes completely unsuitable for continuous use). You can view the completed Data Record Sheets View Completed Sample Data Record Sheets and use the Download Data Record Sheets Download Data Record Sheets to keep your records.   Of course, we’re not aware of any way for GG Friction Antidote to cause transmission wear and it is important to note that GG Friction Antidote is so effective it prevents premature and excessive wear. I recommend you have your transmission fluid / oil status and ASTM D4172 test done with your brand of transmission fluid that you were using when the incident occurred.  If you send payment, we can have it done for you.  However, it will take four weeks unless you pay extra. Cost alone for the ASTM D4172 wear testing will be $250 plus VAT and postage.  If you want the friction testing as well (which we recommend), it will be $450 plus VAT and postage.

A: There are no drawbacks to using GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE with engines or machines with very tight tolerances. In fact, turbo chargers are a place where there is the most instantaneous benefit to using GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.  Drivers using GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE report a bigger turbo boost. With GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, turbo chargers spin better, boost better, run cooler, and suffer much less metal fatigue.

Turbo chargers spin at very high RPMs. Any time there is a vibration that goes into a spinning object the spinning object will try to counter that. So when you have that response to the vibration, the counter-response creates a new vibration. There are thousands of layers of vibrations and counter vibrations occurring in a spinning turbo charger. For example, in a big truck, the front harmonic balancer and the fly wheel are on extreme ends of the crank shaft. So the input of a vibration into the balancer travels all the way through the engine to the fly wheel which sends it back. These layers upon layers of vibrations go back and forth between the two balancers and make the bearings–rather than go around in a clean circle–to rattle around inside. When you use GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE to release the friction the motions which were intended to be circular do become circular, resulting in efficiency.

In other words, when you take the friction out of the turbo with GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, gyroscopic responses to the vibrations go away, so the turbo actually spins in a more circular pattern than it was prior to the application of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE (when it was spinning in a pattern more like that of a spyrograph). Without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the frictional oscillation in turbo chargers creates much harmful peening and harmonic vibrations as the turbo is working. The GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE actually charges the turbo bearings and shafts so they are same-polarized electrically, taking the vibrations out.

Additionally, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE makes residue in motor oil not gather in the frictional area. For example, let’s say you have a bearing that is going at 2500 RPMs. Without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the charged particles would keep the sludge stuck to the bearing. With GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the particulates float freely.

Finally, another benefit of taking the friction out of a turbo charger is that metal fatigue is greatly reduced metal fatigue.

A: This is a perfect situation in which to apply GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, and yes, it will mix with the grease.  We anticipate that by applying 1 oz / 33 ml to the differential and 1/2 teaspoon / 3 CC GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE in each CV joint there will be a reduction in vibration.  After applying the GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, please let it sit for a few minutes before driving.

A: In order to understand how GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE will benefit your racing experience, let’s start with a review of friction and its related side effects. When parts move against each other they build an electrically-attractive bonding relationship with each other. The result of the bond is the resistance and opposition to motion known as friction.

When shafts rotate in bearings, the frictional relationship between the shaft and the bearings creates tiny vibrations (harmonic oscillations) that resonate and travel along the crankshaft.

This rattling leads to enlargement and wear of babbitt or roller type bearings. When pistons are sliding in the vibrating cylinder, the piston is peened by the cylinder; all of this is wasting energy and creating wear. The electromagnetic field (EMF) causes carbon contaminates to unite together and form into abrasive clusters that wear on parts and create the other particles that can be found in an oil sample. When drive gears are moving against each other, the friction creates kinetic excitement that leads to expansion and tightness of gears. The tighter they get, the hotter they become –which makes them even tighter.

There is no longer a bonding relationship between the parts, and there’s no more source of harmonic oscillations in your crank bearings. When these vibrations are gone, the gyroscopes are no longer responding, and the orbital twisting forces go away; now the forces become perfectly circular.

So, here’s what this means for an alcohol-fueled dragster. It means removal of thousands of pounds of vibrational forces, longer bearing life, reduction of polishing wear, quicker engine response, and cooler gears that move more easily with less wear. Parts will be in better shape upon inspection, and the release of previously-wasted energy will be evident in your race times.

A: Without GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the friction naturally present in a vehicle causes vibration in the cylinders that allows some degree of blow-by, resulting in energy loss. This is especially apparent in large trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. By reducing the vibration, GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE actually creates a better seal in the cylinder than was originally present. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE’s friction reduction boundary layer is only ion-thick, smaller than a molecule. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE doesn’t change the tolerances of parts but just makes them move smoothly without vibrating in a manner which retains energy. That is one of the reasons our customers speak of reduced blow-by and increased usable horsepower.

A: GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE makes highly-concentrated zinc racing oil unnecessary. The friction reduction and parts protection provided by GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is much more effective than that of zinc. So when you apply GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, the zinc additive is just there for the ride.  It is not adding any benefit.  If you’re using GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE, a lower zinc oil will do.

BACKGROUND:  The zinc that is used in the formulation of lubricant oils is not the same zinc that you would find in a battery or in a modern penny.   Zinc diakyl dithiophospate is a polar colloidal compound that is used in oils for its ability to produce a strong film that is highly attracted to parts in response to a frictional field.

There are variations of zinc phosphates additives that require varying amounts of heat to be activated. In the past there were higher levels of these additives in most motor oil formulas but deposits from the zinc phosphates were found to be the reason for the failure of catalytic converters. This led to the reduction of the percentage of such additives that are contained in modern non racing oils. There is some level of zinc additive in most production car motor oils with the higher percentages being found in diesel truck oils. The level of zinc in racing oil is much higher as it is not for use in cars with catalytic converters.

The frictional field which activates the zinc additives is the same one which activates GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE.   When the zinc additive in oil is activated by heat the zinc phosphates are attracted to the parts to create a strong film on the parts that keep the parts covered in a film. The film requires the frictional field in order to form and stay formed.

A: Yes GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is reverse compatible. GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE works very well in vintage and modern vehicles/machinery with tight tolerances, and it is best to apply GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE to your vehicles/machinery shortly after break-in or commissioning (after your newly lubricated parts are burnished/polished). Applying GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE to aged vehicles/machinery in certain cases can lead to leakage when deposits are removed or repelled around aged seals and gaskets. Additionally, problems can arise from the disturbance and resuspension of settled contaminants that are not fully carried out of the system during the initial application process. the last few drops of lubricant during oil drain contains the most contaminants hence it is important to allow plenty of time for all contaminants to drain out. Laboratory analysis prior to using GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE in aged vehicles can hedge the possibility of leakage around aged seals and gaskets. Inspection of your Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve before and after applying GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE is also helpful.

A: Adding GG Friction Antidote to the manufacturers’ recommended specification for oil viscosity will certainly not alter your oil viscosity nor void your warranty. If you have your oil change done by a third party vendor, please ensure to have the third party vendor put pen to paper the OEM specified oil and GG Friction Antidote applied to your oil on the invoice/receipt when you service your lubricants, that way you are covered if there is a warranty issue with your vehicle/equipment. Another way to emphasize on the point of warranty is like this – Please adhere to OEM lubricants viscosity and OEM recommended service schedules/intervals and safely keep third party vendor receipts/records for work done as would by OEMs during warranty and post-warranty periods ensuring your receipts/records are duly endorsed by the third party service providers. As a general rule of law additive and lubricant applied to vehicles’/machines’ failed part(s) must be proven to be the cause of failure in order for the vendor to replace/install/bear the cost for brand new part(s) of vehicle(s), equipment or machinery with the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s specification/recommended brand. If the additive or lubricant applied to the point of lubrication for the failed part(s) on the vehicle(s), equipment or machinery did not cause failure of the part(s), the vendor cannot be held responsible regardless of length of time in use. Warranty claims are honoured based on findings of failure analysis.

GG Friction Antidote is safe; it leaves no residue and does not change the characteristics of oil to which it is applied.  It does not cause slippage in automatic transmissions or motorcycle wet clutches.  That said, each warranty is unique.  The key is to follow your warranty’s instructions.  In your warranty the manufacturer has probably designated specific maintenance requirements.  If you are unclear about something in your warranty, a vehicle dealership can get you answers.

Instead of certain OEMs admitting the fact that some aftermarket additives and lubricants are better than lubricant and fuel marketing stations’ and OEMs’ to end users, such lubricant and fuel marketing stations and OEMs’ rather incite fear mongering on consumers such as vehicle/machinery owners and then indoctrinate the strict adherence to their branded lubricants then bind vehicle/machinery owners into extended warranty contracts, this also contributes to avoidable millions of dollars in the running costs. It is noteworthy to state that the cost to acquire OEM certification for third party chemical additive and lubricant manufacturers averages a few millions of US dollars. Most third party chemical additive and lubricant manufacturers cannot afford the process cost for OEM certification approval although the quality of some third party chemical additives and lubricants supersede that of the OEMs.

A: If your machines must perform at very high or low temperatures, the answer is yes.

A: First of all no, GG Friction Antidote will not increase your oil pressure.  However, GG Friction Antidote will improve oil flow.  Secondly, as GG Friction Antidote cleans the engine, it improves oil flow and you may see a moderate and harmless drop in oil pressure.  Performance should be good.  If the engine was very dirty, much sludge may be suspended in the oil. If oil pressure drops significantly, your oil filter may be clogged and changing it should raise your oil pressure to optimal levels. If it does not, there may be so much sludge in the oil that you need an oil change (this is extremely rare).

Remember to add 1oz (30ml) of GG FRICTION ANTIDOTE per quart (per litre) of oil you add, anytime you top up your oil in between oil changes.
